Prefab and Caravans

1. Floor joists: light gauge steel framing 100mm x 41mm x 1.50mm x G 550 as per design.
2. Floor decking: one layer of 12mm thick cements fireboard, fixed to the joists and light gauge steel frame.
3. Floor finish in dry areas: 1.50 mm thick PVC vinyl sheet fixed to cement fireboard floor. Brand: Decafloor or eq. (Colour: Beige / Grey) Red Miranti Skirting (5cm high) with polished finish provided.
4. Floor finish in wet areas: 1.50 mm thick PVC vinyl sheet fixed to cement fireboard floor, joints eat welded for waterproofing.

1. Roof covering: Single skin, pre-painted GI, 0.4mm thick profile sheets shall be fixed on GI stud purlins.
2. Trusses: shall be with light gauge steel framing 65 mm x 41 mm x 0.75 mm x Frame Master G 550 as per design.
3. Insulation: 50mm thick Glass wool insulation 12 Kg/m3 density.

1. External finishing: Textured emulsion off white, applied on 6 mm thick cement fireboard.
2. Wall framing: light gauge steel profile framing 65mm x 41mm x 0.75mm x Frame Master G 550 as per design.
3. Internal finishing in dry area: shall be washable emulsion paint over 30 minutes fire rated 12.50mm thick gypsum board. Joints shall be covered with PVC joint strips.
4. Internal finishing wet area: shall be 6mm thick cement fireboard finished with oil paint.
5. Wall insulation: 50mm thick Glass wool insulation 12 Kg/m3 density.

1. Ceiling (Dry Areas): 30 minutes fire rated 12.5mm thick gypsum board finished with light texture , good quality interior paint, (Colour to your choice)
2. Ceiling (Wet Areas): shall be 12.5mm moisture resistant gypsum board finished with oil paint.
3. Ceiling clear height shall be 2.25m.

1. External doors: One hour fire rated , steel door shall be provided. Size as per drawings. VBH brand Cylinder type locks shall be provided.
2. B. Internal doors: Semi solid core timber flush doors with red miranti door frame &306mm thick plywood finished with 2-coats olyurethane base paint system.
3. (Recommended colors: Dry area Walnut Stan & Wet area-White color)
4. Door Lock: “Kafli” brand or eq, Cylinder type locks for internal doors and indicator latch toilet doors.

1. Electrical supply is single phase 230V or 3 phases 400V as per requirement.
2. Electrical panel board shall be provided with ELCB incomer &MCB outgoings.
3. Brand: MEM/ABB or eq. internal DB shall be provided as per our design.
4. PVC conduits are concealed within the wall panels for writing.
5. Light Fixtures: 1 x 36w fluorescent battens type fitting, Fraters or eq. as shown in drawings (which drawing).
6. 1 x 18 w fluorescent batten type fittings, Fraters or eq. as shown in drawings (which drawing).
7. 1 x 18 w (W/P) fluorescent batten type fittings, Fraters or eq. as shown in drawings(which drawing).
8. All fluorescent light fixtures shall be with magnetic ballast .
9. 60W (W/P) bulkhead light for all external doors.
10. Switch / Sockets, Tenby-UK, Wires from Ducab/Tecab.
11. Water heater, 12 US GL capacity each, Sunnex or eq. provided as per drawings.

1. Exhaust fans are provided for toilet and kitchen areas as shown in drawings.(KDK-Japan,6″ dia window mounted type)
2. A/C openings are provided with A/C brackets fabricated from aluminum angles.

(Supply and installation of A/C units are not included in our offer.)

WINDOWS

1. Power coated aluminum frame (Non thermal break, colour RAL9002), hinged window with 6mm thick clear glass (Single glazing). Overall size as per drawing.
2. Exhaust window: Fixed window with white power coated aluminum framing and 6mm thick obscure glass.

1. All cold & hot water supply lines are PE-RT (Malti layer Composite polyethylene pipe) and sewage lines are PVC pipes.
2. Sanitary_ wares: Wash hand basins will be pedestal type (Anchore-Indiaor eq.) As per drawings.
3. EWC with cistern &seat cover (Anchor-India or eq.) Ablution hose and toilet, paper holder provided as per drawings.
4. GRB shower cubicle with shower contain provided as per the drawings.
5. Sanitary fitting: Mixers provided from (Eurobath-UK) or equivalent.
6. Wash basin mixer-WAR251SC/P short spout, Shower, rod & head
7. WAR 221C/P SSRS Mirror, PVC mirror shelf, PVC soap tray, towel rod, Coat hook etc. shall be provided.

1. SS sink, single bowl’ single drain.
2. Kitchen Sink Mixer- Model: WAR 251C/P Long Spout.
3. Kitchen cabinet under sink with 18mm MDF and Formica finish on top shall be provided as per drawings.

100×50 timber joists connected to the steel frame at 600 mm interval, 18mm plywood nailed to the timber joists covered with vinyl carpet.

Roofs are constructed with timber trusses set generally at 1200mm span center to center top GI. Corrugated sheets of 28 gauge thickness are fixed to the purlins using cap head roofing nails.

1. External finishing: textured emulsion paint of white, applied on 3.6 mm thick commercial plywood.
2. Framing: white wood timber framing 42mm * 38mm at spacing of 600mm-
3. C/c vertically, 2400mm c/c horizontally.
4. Internal finishing: 3mm thick décor plywood (white oak/beach) with matching color trim. Finishing in wet areas shall be 3mm thick laminated tile board.

Hollow core, 40mm thick timber frame, both sides plywood with high quality paint finish. Ironmongery shall include good quality handle, lock fixture of union or equivalent.
